What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the items are in unused condition with the original tags still attached. Please note that all refunds are subject to our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about your return, feel free to contact us for assistance.

 

Please note that stickers are not returnable.


What is your refund policy?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are typically issued within 2 to 3 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Alternatively, if you opted for store credit on the return form, the credit will be applied to your account within the same timeframe.


What is your cancelation policy?

Stock Products: You may cancel any order for stock (non-custom) products free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Custom Products: Because custom items begin production quickly, cancellations for personalized or made-to-order products are available for up to 8 hours after the order is placed. After this timeframe, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

How to Request a Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details.

What if my order arrives damaged or there's an issue?

If your order arrives damaged or if you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us right away. Simply provide your order number along with a detailed description of the problem, and we’ll work diligently to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
